One to three months Emergency/Unplanned. We prioritize their well-being, stability, and future prospects. These vulnerable individuals are navigating complex and challenging circumstances, and it is our responsibility to provide them with the necessary support and care they need during these pivotal moments in their lives.

Medium Term Package
This extended placement, which encompasses a timeframe surpassing three months, places a strong emphasis on creating an environment that supports the personal and educational development of the young individual. It is structured to ensure that they can successfully meet the specific goals and objectives outlined in their care and pathway plan.
In addition to this primary focus, the placement program also dedicates significant attention to transitional planning. This planning extends beyond the young person’s 17th birthday, looking ahead to their future as they progress towards independence.
Young individuals who have been accommodated for over a year, requiring extended placement and transitional support to transition into independent living, are eligible for supplementary services. Furthermore, we offer the Blessed Hub Care behavior modification program to address the needs of young people who necessitate heightened supervision and interventions to effectively mitigate the risks they may pose, all within a secure and stable environment
